Recommended: gloves, hand wraps, comfortable sportswear, and a drink.
If accepted for sparring, you will also require a gumshield. Headguards can be provided. 16oz gloves must be worn for all sparring sessions.
No experience is needed for Junior or Adult classes — beginners are welcome. We teach all the basics, and you can learn at your own pace.
Our Junior classes are designed for ages 8–15.
We can provide gloves for your first few sessions. After that, we recommend bringing your own gloves, hand wraps, and a drink.
No. Sparring is completely optional and only available to adults who have built enough basic skill. Coach approval is required.
Yes — our Adult classes are beginner-friendly. You’ll learn technique, padwork, bag work, and fitness at a comfortable pace.
At the moment, all classes are mixed. However, small group sessions can be booked for women-only groups.
Comfortable gym clothing and trainers. Boxing gloves are optional — we have some available.

Yes — we offer small group sessions (2+ people). Private 1-to-1 training will also be available soon.
Absolutely. Many people train just for fitness, not for fighting. You never have to spar unless you want to.
Unfortunately, due to the busy classes and the lack of space, parents cannot stay and watch the classeclasses.
